How do I use VizIQ Studio?
Upload a product image, choose (or describe) the room, style, and lighting, then click Generate. You can create multiple variations for different channels and seasons.
What input images work best in Studio?
Clean product images with clear edges work best. Transparent PNGs are ideal, but high-quality JPG/PNG with clean backgrounds also work well.
What prompts work best in Studio?
In VizIQ you don't need to know the syntax of Prompting. But rather choose from wide range of optional parameters that are later translated to a prompt behind the scenes. Be specific about room type, style, lighting, and mood and it will affect the result.
Can I generate multiple scenes for one product?
Yes. Create multiple room types, styles, and lighting variations for A/B testing, seasonal updates, and multi-channel campaigns.
How realistic are Studio-generated images?

No. VizIQ View is camera-based visualization in the browser. We focus on realistic placement and scale without positioning VizIQ as an AR platform.
Do I need 3D models for View?
No. View works from your existing 2D product photos—no 3D assets required.

View aims for realistic scale and placement based on the available inputs. For best accuracy, use correct product dimensions and high-quality product imagery.
Do you store customer room photos?
No. Room photos are used to generate the visualization and are not stored by VizIQ.

Can Flow run on a schedule?
Yes. You can run pipelines on demand and schedule recurring runs for new products, refreshes, or catalog updates.

VizIQ uses a credit-based system. Each AI action consumes credits mainly based on output resolution and complexity.
What is a credit?
Credits are used for AI-powered media generation and enhancements. Each action costs credits based on output resolution and complexity.
How many monthly credits are included in each plan?
Standard includes 150 credits/month, Pro includes 500 credits/month, and Business includes 1400 credits/month. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Can I buy additional credits?
Yes. You can purchase top-up credit packages anytime when you need more capacity.
Do top-up credits expire?
Yes. Top-up credits remain valid for 90 days (3 months) from purchase.
How are credits calculated for resolution?
Credits are based on output resolution: 1K = 1 credit, 2K = 2 credits, 4K = 3 credits.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available and can save up to 25% compared to monthly billing (as shown on the pricing page).
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept major credit cards processed securely via Stripe.
When are credits not charged?
If a generation fails due to a provider/system error (for example, the model fails to return an output), we don't charge credits for that failed attempt.
When are credits still charged even if there's no output?
If the attempt is blocked by policy or fails due to invalid inputs, credits may still be consumed because compute was used for the attempt.

How do I create an account?
Go to viziq.co and join the waitlist or sign up when access is available. Once your account is active, you can start generating visuals right away.
How do I reset my password?
Use "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the emailed reset link.
Can I add multiple team members?
Yes. Team access is available on Pro and above, with shared credits and collaboration features depending on plan.
How do I manage my billing?
Billing is managed in your account settings. If you need help with invoices or plan changes, contact support.
Do you provide support?
Yes. Support is available via email and the on-site AI chatbot. Higher tiers may include faster response depending on plan.
How long are my generated images stored?
Your generated images remain available in your account while your account is active.
How do I request account deletion?
Contact support to request account deletion. We'll confirm your request and remove your account data according to our internal processes and legal obligations.
